There aren't any exercises that can firm loose skin. The skin is pretty elastic when we're young and will go back to it's original shape, but as we age, it becomes less forgiving. If you're exercising, keep it up. The muscles will help fill out some of the excess skin. Also, when you've lost all the weight you intend to, then you'll be better able to see just how much exess skin you have. If it's just too much, it can be surgically removed.
