| | Toning Up with Pilates
As part of my exercise routine, I do a thirty minute pilates workout specifically for abs after I do 40 minutes of cardio. I've been doing this for about 2 months or so. The only problem with this is I don't think I'm toning the lower part of my stomach. It seems when I do such exercises as leg lifts, my lower back is arched, which I think means I'm not working the lower muscles in my stomach. If anyone has any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong, please let me know.
