Since March of last year I have lost about 64 pounds by eating right and exercising. At first I was lifting weights 3 times a week (1 set of 8-12 reps) and doing cardio for 30 minutes 4 days a week at the YMCA.
I have now maintained my loss for several months. I work out once a week, which includes 2 sets of 8-12 reps and 45 minutes of cardio.
My problem is I am getting so bored! I feel like I'm there forever. I am starting to dread going. My question is what else can I do to maintain my muscle tone and cardio? Could I get away with only 1 set and 30 minutes of cardio? I don't want to gain weight again. I am a 30 year old female.
