Want To Lose Muscle Mass
Hey. I'm Kelly.
Lately I've been lifting weights on my legs. At first, it was like the more I lifted, the slimmer and more toned my legs were.
Yesterday, after lifting, they just seemed so buff. I mean, its weird.
Friday afternoon, my thighs were slim. Now, they're all beefy and ugh, I hate it. I want to lose the muscle mass.
I want them to be slim, not buff and thick.
