How many times should a 16 year old girl exercise a week? Like, how many times, and how long each time. I don't want to be like extremely muscular or anything, I just want to be in shape and feel good about myself. The types of exercises i've been doing lately is walking 4.0 on the treadmill for a bit, then running a mile on the treadmill, then walking 4.0 on an incline (gradually increasing every few minutes of walking) and then walking slowly for a cooldown. I also have the Denise Austin Shrink Your Female Fat Zones 40 minute video that uses weights and a stablility ball thing for toning your body. So how often should I do these workouts and how long? Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
Thats okay for very basic fitness, but anything you can do to be active will help to keep you fit. Getting the junk food out of your diet will help tremendously too*.
*Obviously I don't know what your diet looks like, but it is a very significant factor to fitness and health.

Thanks so much for responding. My diet doens't include any junk foods. As you may have read (or not) in other posts, I'm in the process of recovering from Anorexia, so I'm basically only eating healthy foods, and increasing my calorie intake little by little, hoping to get stay at a more healthy weight, with a more healthy calorie intake.

Ah. Well in that case, that's a good routine to keep with. Things like yoga and pilates (or any video that puts some kind of focus on strengthening) will be beneficial to you as well. You probably don't need to be burning excessive calories, so adding some good muscle tone will increase health, fitness, metabolism, immune system and more.
