Wanna train but don't want to loose weight.

Hi,
Recently I've been thinking about training because I'm seriously unfit right now. I want to start things like running and weight lifting etc. The thing is I'm already pretty slim and I'm worried if I start exercising alot I'm gonna loose alot of weight. Anyone have any advice on how to stay at a good weight but be able to train alot at the same time? I thought about eating more to keep the pounds on (only healthy stuff), thanks

Re: Wanna train but don't want to loose weight.

If you start exercising, you'll definitely need to eat more to keep from losing weight. In fact, you should think about eating to gain muscle (which will help to get you fit). Increasing protein, good carbs and good fats will help a lot. Also, doing minimal cardio (or do things like sprints), and focusing on weight training will keep you from burning too many calories and will actually help you put on some lean muscle mass if you're eating right.
