Hey, i just wanted to know what muscles should i work on to be able to have a firmer harder tackle in rugby, i can take down the fellas my size down with a pinch of salt but when it comes to taking down someone quite fast and 6stone heavier than me its hard, so wat muscles can i build on and techniques can i use to take them down,
