I lost a lot of muscle and replaced it with fat. I'm 5'9 and weight 130lbs. My goal is to lose fat and eventually gain muscle. I want to do weight training combined with cardio (treadmill) and tae-bo combined with cardio (treadmill) every other day. So my week would look like this:
Sounds fine, but Tae-bo may be on the edge of resistance training, so you might want to have a cardio only day every couple days so your muscles have proper recovery time. And at least one total rest day. Just listen to your body. Be aware of signs of fatigue or burnout.
