Last summer, I used to do 20 min. of pilates and 20 min. on the excersize ball everyday. I became a lot more flexible and built a lot of muscle. I also looked longer and leaner. When the summer was over I stopped going on the excersize ball but continued with pilates to keep up my physique. Whatever you do, pilates is a really great workout. I did it everyday because I never thought that 3 days a week was enough for me.
Thanks a lot I know it's good to switch between what muscles to work out each day, but pilates are one of my fav workouts, and with school it's easy because it doesn't take long. and the yoga i like to do at least once on the weekends. thanks for the help!
