My goal is to get slim and toned legs. To do that I know I need to lose body fat and gain muscle. My diet is good, so it all comes down to excersize. I heard the best time to work out was in the morning so I plan on doing 45 min. on the excersize bike and 30 min. of weight training every other day. So here is an example of what my week would look like:
Mon. 45 min. on the excersize bike
Tues. 30 min. weight training
wed. 45 min. on the excersize bike
thurs. 30 min. weight training
fri. 45 min. on the excersize bike
sat. 30 min. weight training
sun. 45 min. on the excersize bike
Is this a good idea? Will I still get results? Any tips or advice? Can someone please help me because I'm so scared of failure.
you need one day of rest. That's a lot of constant stress on the body. It's a generally good program and as long as you're on a calorie deficit and getting enough protein you should see great results. Just give it a little time.
