I've read several threads recommending weight training in conjuncture with cardio for fat loss. I have a Bun & Thigh Rocker that uses weight bands (up to 90 lb capacity). For those who are familiar with this device, does this count as 'weight training,' or does weight training by definition have to involve some sort of lifting?
Also, I'm getting blisters on my hands from the handles on the B&TR, anyone have any suggestions for preventing that?
