My feet became flat overnight
I haven't visited the fitness board before, and this might sound like an odd question, but for several years I went up and down my stairs for my workout--but I did WITHOUT athletic shoes. Several months ago I woke up one morning and my feet were flat. I have always had a high arch, so this is very, very puzzling to me. Could exercising barefoot have caused nerve damage in my feet and legs? My doctor thinks I could have Fibromyalgia...
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
