From the last thread I posted in this category, I've seen that there are helpful people here, so thank you. Someone recently said to me that they'd rather me get a Yoga video, than a Pilates video. Why's that? They say Yoga is better.
I no longer have access to a tredmill because of a few changes... and I can't run outside because this town is a very bad town. I can do other things though. I heard something about jumproping/jumping jacks can help. Crunches and sit-ups too... I just need something to do, that will help me to lose inches or JUST A FEW lbs. I just need to lose like 5! That's all!
