using the treadmill
I have a question I need some advice on. I am 25 and in good health. I walk on the treadmill 4 times a week for about 25 min and I have done this for about the past 6 months. I have noticed that I have a lot of lower back pain on my hips right above my butt and I have also noticed that my knees always, always feel wobbly(like I am going to lose my balance) I am wondering if anyone out there has ever experienced this. I love the treadmill and I have seen results with it, but I can't stand this. My legs always feel shaky and the pain in my lower back is quite painful.
