Bulking Up but have some Questions
Here is my day:
7am- Cheerios with milk
Whey Protein Shake
11am- Lunch, usally chicken sandwich or meat with a bottled water.
3pm- Snack like veggies, pretzels, nuts, yogurt
4:40- Creatine 5g
6:20- Weight Gainer Shake
6:35- Creatine 5g
8:30- Dinner, Meat with something
Workouts: Mon- Legs, Tues- Chest, Back-Weds, Shoulders-Thurs, Fri- Biceps/Triceps, Sat-Abs Sun-Rest
I currently weigh 155, i want to get up to around 170-180 lbs. I lift hard and am trying to make strengh gains all over the place which i have been doin. My question is though im getting bigger and stronger but what about my speed. Im the fastest player on the team and how will my speed be affected by gaining this extra 15-25 lbs.
Also what can i do to improve it?
