I am in need of a serious make-over for the music I listen to while training. So I pose this question - what do you listen to while working out? My training focuses more around weight-training so I am looking to add some "smash my head off the wall" music... any ideas?
I mostly listen to hip-hop/r&b... but not the gangsta stuff
I like listening to metal-ish to get pumped up... but don't know many artists or good tracks... example - limp bizkit, marylin manson, linkin park - mostly yelling and loud drums/guitar.. there has to be some football players out there that know what i'm talking about.. pre-game music
