Hi, I am currently 5'10 and 165 pounds. I am looking to gain about 15 to 20 pounds of mass/muscle. But the problem is...I just don't know what is the right way to do it. I know you have to eat healthy and work out, but there are so many ways, I don't know which to do. But I guess I wouldn't mind the fastest way. My prom is about 2 months away and having a better body would be a nice thing to have. So if anyone could give me tips,facts,routines,etc. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
P.S. I was thinking of buying the weight gainer called "N-Large 2" but I am not to clear with the directions on when to take it. So if anyone could more simple, I would be grateful.
