best way to get fit?

helo,

id like to get fit and toned quickly, but i dont want to do it in a healthy way,

how many times and for how long shud i be excercising in a week to get good noticible results fast?

also what kind of excercise is best ( i hate swimming tho)

you *don't* want to do it in a healthy way? I don't think anyone with a shred of ethics will direct you otherwise.
What are your stats? Height/weight/age/sex? What do you consider "quickly"? What is your diet like? Are you at all active right now?

maybe they meant they don't want to do it in an unhealthy way. that definitely seems like a typo to me.

lol yeah i ment i dont want to do it in an unhealthy way!!!

i want to try to get really healthy as at the moment i am always tired...

im nearly 9 stone and only 5ft so want to get tones up pretty badly as i feel out of shape

All your stats please. Age, sex.

But to start with, do some kind of exercise at least 3x a week. Run, jog, rollerblade, jump rope etc. Do you have any exercise equipment? A gym? Play any sports?

See my post under "Does anyone have the Firm". I mentioned my routine. I lost the weight in a few months, than more in the next few months. a size 9 to 3 jeans. I'm a female, 29, 5'5. Its been over a year and I'm still super toned and slim.
