you *don't* want to do it in a healthy way? I don't think anyone with a shred of ethics will direct you otherwise.
What are your stats? Height/weight/age/sex? What do you consider "quickly"? What is your diet like? Are you at all active right now?

But to start with, do some kind of exercise at least 3x a week. Run, jog, rollerblade, jump rope etc. Do you have any exercise equipment? A gym? Play any sports?
