Does anyone have any input on spinning or cycling classes? I am looking for a good cardio workout and I would also like to drop a few pounds. I do work out on the weights weekly as well. I went to a spinning class last night and a lady in there said she dropped 25 pounds.
Spinning is great! It keeps your heart rate at a good rate for 45 minutes, and it kicks your butt if you really push yourself! I wish I could go to more than one class, but my schedule only allows me to attend once per week. I dropped some weight and built my legs up quite a bit since starting this spring. Hope you enjoy it!
