That's good question, and I'm glad to get a knowledgable answer from Moxie.
I do widely varied workouts at they gym, but I usually do cardio first and followup with weights. There are days when I do weights only, and on occasion, bur seldomly, I'll do weights first. Usually when I get involved with weights first, I end up not making it to the cardio equipment!
