First of all, two hours of cardio, at least the kind of cardio that qualifies as a true aerobic workout, is too much on a daily basis. One hour is what is normally recommened as the limit. One of the reasons is that anything beyond one hour is a definitely an exercise with diminishing return. When you do more than one hour of cardio your body uses muscle tissue as a fuel and you want to avoid losing muscle. Basically, two hours is really overdoing it, whether in one session or four.
You don't state goals for your workout. Are you training for endurance, for strength, for weight loss?
