exercising and bloating
I just would like to know if anyone experiences this or not. When I start to lift weights if I haven't for a while and clean up my diet, by eating good amounts of protein, lots of veggies whole grains and a little healthy fats, I tend to feel awful for a couple of months I bloat and have a lot of water retention, it just seems like I am always swollen. I don't lift super heavy weights and only 10 reps at most to fatigue. Does anyone else experience this as I thought I was having problems with foods but I have had testing done and everything was perfect. I stopped lifting weights about a month ago for a rest and now I have started back up again I feel awful. I feel like it is a no win situation because I love to lift but it makes me feel bad does anyone ever have this happen to them...?
