| Re: best way to start exercising with a weak heart?
Hello. I also have a weak heart and am embarking on a new work out regimen. My doctor told me to build up my cardiovascular health by walking. He said that since I have a weak heart to start with even 10 min a day at a pace that does not leave me unable to speak. Then he said as I get comfortable to gradually increase the speed/length of time/and amount of days. My doc said that I should build up to 45-60 min daily walks. This is a great start. I'm about to start this soon but am just being lazy. hehe
