Are there specific exercises?
Are there any kinds of specific workouts to lose fat in a specific place? Because I really want to lose fat that's stored in my thighs and back for some reason. The fat in my back and upper sides is really unflattering and I can't seem to rid of it there. Also, what are the best exercises to tone up? I've been doing an hour of cardio or aerobics six days a week and 45 minutes of strength training (mainly upper body) at least three times a week.
