Daily toning

I know you usually have to leave 2 days before working the same muscle group but what if I'm only toning for about a month or so? Can I tone biceps/triceps every day?

Also, how should I go about toning the lats, the pecs, the abs, the quads etc...?

And what will 6-8 weeks of toning do for me?

How should my diet be during the toning phase?

There is no "toning" phase. If you're trying to cut, you shouldnt stop lifting heavy or you will start to lose muscle under a calorie deficit. Even "toning" exercises should not be done every day.

Essentially the only thing you need to change is diet, if all you're loking to do is lose fat so you can have more definition. You need a calorie deficit of between 500-1000 calories a day, nix high GI carbs except for right after your workout, and add some cardio if you don't do some already. You can make it very simple or very meticulous, depending on what you will "stick to."
