Sorry if terminology is wrong, bear with me. What is the best way to shape your pectorals. I recently (within the last 4-6 months) lost around 60 pounds. Im a man and before that time i had for lack of a better term, man boobs. These have shrunken with my wieght loss and i have since started doing pushups to shape them more, they still seem rather pointy, is there a better way to get what i want?

to increase your muscle size, you need a lot of protein. some excercises for your chest that are great are bench press, incline bench press, machine flies, and cable crossovers....Lisa
You can’t spot reduce an area of your body. What you need to do is increase lean muscle and decrease your body fat ratio. A Good beginners 3 day a week strength training program and 2 times a week cardio would help. But treat you body as a whole, not just one exercise. As if you strengthen your arms and shoulders this will mean you can lift and perform more chest exercises and hence will get faster results. When it comes to building lean muscle everything is interconnected and this is the fastest and best way to gain lean muscle and get rid of fat, not matter which area of your body.
So look at a program that works the arms, back chest legs and abs.

I agree with Sixbells, don't focus on one area of muscle development. Your issue is more to do with body fat than muscular development but adding overall muscle will help with the fat loss.
Overall upper body development will help with the chest area. By working your back, arms, shoulders and chest you will get far better results than simply working the chest. Also remember that your legs contain the biggest muscles in your body. Because of this, working them can have a huge impact on body composition and fat loss.
