I lost 40 pounds so far and I have 10 more to loose but I want to loose more inches. I do cardio 5 to 6 days a week and I just started to lift weights and I know it's a little late! My eating habbits are not the best!! Whats the secret to loosing inches? Thanks! I'm really desperate!!
Diet, diet, and also diet. The exercise will help, but you're not working nearly as efficiently to burn fat if diet isn't in order. Clean it up and you will see progress.
