How do I make forearms stronger and bigger????
Okay, I have been weightlifting to gain muscle mass for about 5-6 weeks now. I have been gaining muscle and bulking up in every area but my forearms are still really small. What can I do to make my forearms bigger and stronger looking???? Thanx alot, and what can I do to get a more lean, and harder six pack??? I have the six pack figure,but it is not as hard as it should be when you touch it, I do 300 stomach crunches with about 18 Ilbs, on my abs!!!! I appreciate any feedback thanx to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
