Excersizing while sick w/Mono
I was diagnosed with Mono before Christmas, on Jan. 3rd I went for a check up, and I asked the doctor if I could start excersizing, and she said I could start stretching and walking but shouldn't run, basically anything that would move my upper body up and down too much, because it would bother the spleen.
So I'm *Dying* of boredom and really want do something more than just walking. So my question is, is there anything a little more fun than walking that wouldn't mess with my guts too much? Something cardio. Like Biking or skating, would that be okay? There's also a Swing dance class that's starting next week that I really want to take, do you know if that would be okay?
Thanks for any advice/tips/ideas.
:Edit: The Dr. said I should wait about a month (from Jan.3) before I went running.
