Hey guys, I'm new. Blah blah blah.
I just graduated highschool 2 days ago, and I think it's time I get serious about my health. I'm not the healthiest guy. I'm
underweight, and what little muscle I have is fluff, no density at all. I haven't had the best diet so far, I guess you could say I am/was a fast food junkie. Anyway, enough of my problems.
I want to get in shape and bulk up, not the 'bulk up' you're thinking, like huge muscles and stuff, I want to work on strength and not looks.
I was wondering if you guys could help get me on my feet. Maybe suggesting what my diet should consist of, daily excersises, things like that.
I know these forums are MASSIVE, so any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
