I want a flat stomach!!
I have about 10 more pounds to loose until I reach my goal weight of 130. I do cardio 5 times a week and strength training class 2 times a week (whole body) and I'm really trying harder to eat better. My stomach is my problem are and it's the first place I gain. Do you think it's impossible to get a flat stomach? I don't want a six pack but I do want a flatter tummy and my problem is the lower abs and the sides to my waist. Does it make a difference if you had a c-section or not. I haven't had one! I really want to loose some inches from my stomach!! Advice please!!!
