Need some Info...

First off, I'm doing a 3 day split workout routine. If I miss one workout, can I make it up on one of my off days?

Secondly, I need some hamstring excersizes, the only ones I can find I am unable to do with the equipment I have at my house.

There is no way to make up a missed workout, once it is gone it is gone. You can schedule an extra workout if you want, but on a three day split I wouldn't the rest will probably benefit you.

Stifflegged deadlifts are the king of all hamstring exercises. You can do them with dumbells or a barbell. Deep squats(parrallel or below), lunges, and legcurls work well too.

If your split is for different muscle groups, I don't see why you couldn't make it up on another day. I do it all the time. As long as you're not doubling up on muscle groups, you should be fine.

SLDLs are definitely king for hams (next to curls) but Good mornings are another variation for dumbells or barbells.

"next to curls" Oh man! What kind of stifflegs do you do? Thats like saying dumbell flyes are better than barbell bench!

Off the subject: do you have anybody you are "working with" (in the training sense) that is taking creatine?

Well, I mean as far as isolation exercises go (since he mentioned he was limited in equipment, Im assuming machines are what he's talking about). Deads and squats rock all.

I'm only currently working with one guy who is taking creatine, and it's really for the wrong reason, but he doesn't listen to me. But have had guys in the past who have used it with decent results. Why for?
