Have some low cal snacks handy so when you're really hungry, you can eat something without derailing your diet. Things like celery, a few carrot sticks, sugar free Jello, sugar free popcicles. Things like that will help to satiate you while keeping you at a caloric deficit. Also make sure you're drinking enough water. Staying hydrated (~8oz per 1-2 hours) will help keep you from feeling hungry also.
