| What to eat before of after excercise?
I like to go to the gym in the evening after work aroun 5-6pm
I usually get up in the morning around (9-10pm) because I got to bed late around 1am.
So I usually have breakfast and then go to work just for few hours. I am back from work around 6pm and I want to go to the gym right after work.
My problem is at work I can´t eat, so before going to the gym I feel hungry.
So I was thinking, while I am driving back from work to the gym, should I have these Protein Bars? Or any other one? I heard also about carb bars?
After work I usually have light dinner or sometimes normal dinner after 1-2hours of gym.
So what do u suggest for eating before gym, so I can workout not feeling hungry and it works with my body to loose weight.
