for muscle strength-3 reps of 10 or 10 reps of 3??
I need to be able to bench press 80 lbs by June...I can do about 40lbs now (5 5" female, 142 lbs, med boned, 21 years old), someone said 10 reps of 3 is better for strengh than doing 3 reps of 10..any suggestions????????
