I've been away at school and taking body sculpt classes about three times a week for 8 weeks. Now I'm moving home, and I can't take the classes anymore (the closest gym to us is more than an hour away!). I have set of dumbbells (3, 5, and 10 lbs) like used in the body scuplt class. The problem is, I don't know which order to do the excercises in, or which ones to do, or how many of each to do. Is there a book, or dvd, or website which could help me out with this? Could someone here provide some advice?
