| excercising- better diet- gaining weight!?
hi everyone,
i have increased my excercise routine greatly lately, and have been eating less calories/fat and less food overall, but healthier, yet my stomach seems to be getting "fattier". Im only 5'7 and about 122 lbs but i have that stubborn stomach pouch, but i thought eating better and excercising should decrease that, not increase? help with what i should do! thanks!
