Hello everyone . I am new to this forum and looking for some help . I have suffered from ppd and panic attack's for about 2 year's and it kinda limis my ability to go to the gym etc . But i am really depressed about my tummy because i used to weigh 108 lbs before getting pregnant and now 2 1/2 year's after my daughter was born i am at 153 lbs and depressed . I just keep gainning and gaining i buy cloath's one week and 2 week's later they look horrible on me
. I am constantly hungry . I have an ab lounge here at home but i was wondering if that would really work . What is the best and fast way to loose this weight and keep it off
Also if someone could help me with what to eat and the quanity that would be great to . I am not very educated on carbs etc . so if you could just tell me in a simpler way i would appreciate it . Thank you .
