Arrow Is wait training a danger to height increase?

Hi,

I am 23. I have been wait training for a month now.. Now I feel like I have reduced in height. Well to begin with I am not that tall, like 5'7'', now I feel that I am even shorter.... Any opinions/suggestions welcome

Regards,

Agin

Measure yourself to make sure, I really don't think training would effect your height, sounds wierd but sometimes I feel smaller than I am, I really don't think it would thinking about it, look at the pro wrestlers, they dont look small.

No, it won't affect your height. Only I suppose it could if your posture has gotten worse, but this isn't directly caused by weight work. Do make sure you're balancing out your muscles though (i.e. don't work chest without working back) otherwise you will find the developing muscles can pull you out of shape a little.
