Is there a reason I feel bloated and look puffy after my cardio workout? Even after a game of hoops I feel the same way. After 20-30 minutes, and certainly after a shower, I go right back to normal. Is this odd?
happens to me too. and when i run, my arms feel really weak... i mena i can still lift as mcuh as usual, but they feel realllllyy skinny. and my stomach is bloated too. so yea, i guess your not the only one. but what causes this?
