Question Fitness Ball?

I plan on getting a fitness ball and a DVD to help me tone up and start to get back my body. I have read reviews on Fat To Firm - Fitness Ball Workout For Dummies and they were all good. I have Pilates for Dummies and while I don't really like pilates, I did think that it was good because it showed you how to do all the moves instead of assuming you already knew what you were doing. My question is, is this a good DVD? Will I be able to actually see a difference if I do this 5-6 times a week? Thanx!

I don't know if the DVD is any good but I can tell you that if you plan to devote 5-6 days per week to a dilligent workout, you most definitely will see a difference within several weeks, no matter what DVD you use. One caveat: your diet has to be right or you will be just spinning your wheels.
