| What should my calorie intake be... also more questions
Hey i need some help...Im 16 and im very active... from running alot to trampoline to golf.. basketball you name it i do almost everyday. The problem is and i know my tastebuds might change over the years but... i do not like any vegtables at all... only potatoes. Im 5'10 and 144 pounds.... im musculer not scrawny. Anyways i was wondering what my calorie intake should be... also i bought cell tech a couple of months ago and im going to start using it after i workout does it help?.... And sorry but one more question....What should i be bench pressing at my age and what would be a good workout plan for me such as what to do... how many reps etc... i want abs and bigger.. more cut arms... i have a bench press that you can do alot on and i got dumbells etc... so someone please help? Sorry for this being soo long lol.
