Question suggestions?

I am trying to lose weight and I would like to do some exercise at night but not sure what to do or how many.
Does anyone have a exercise reg that they do at night?

to lose weight, just build in some form of cardio. So when you say "exercise at night", do you mean at night in a gym/on the road or at night in your house? And if you mean in your house, do you have a treadmill or bike?

Yes, I exercise almost every night and it's calories in and calories out, that's all that matters. And I hardly have any difficulty falling asleep. Everyone is different though.
However, there are some early morning advocates that claim that you burn more fat on an empty stomach but that doesn't resonate with me unfortunately.
