Hi, I was wondering what kind of exercises I can do to gain a toned lower back and like upper butt. You know how alot of the celebraties have them like J-lo and Beyonce. I have toned legs and lower butt but I dont know how to define the upper part more...any suggestions or workouts I can do? Thanks~!
J-Lo and Beyonce? Thats called genetics, not weight lifting. There are a few exercises you can to help the area though. Stiff-Legged Deadlifts, Good mornings, hyper-extentions, Deadlifts, full range Squats, and lunges with your rear leg elavated. All of these exercises do a good job of workking the hams, glutes and lower back. But the key to a lean midsection is diet.
