i have stretch marks on my biceps and armpit area due rapid growth, i stopped working out as i didnt want them to spread any further. its been around 6months since ive stopped working out now and my stretch marks are still pretty bad.
i have now started working out again but at much slower pace, i also apply coco butter before every workout. will i be able to gain muscle mass without making the stretch marks any worse??
also how long will it take for my stretch marks to fade as much as their supposed to? is there any way of getting rid of them or at least make them less visable?
There's no way to get rid of them, but it might take months or even a couple years to fade as much as they are going to. Vitamin E oil sometimes helps to heal scars too. Don't stress too much. Think of them as battle scars and anyone that works out knows that they are the result of a lot of hard work.
If you keep the skin moisturized you shouldn't see any more marks. They usually only occur as you start working out, when muscle growth comes on hard and fast. Then as gains taper off a bit, the skin has a chance to adapt along with your muscle growth. Shouldn't have any more problems with it.

Not really. It might actually help. While the skin will stretch with new muscle growth, it will smooth out the texture of the existing marks. Once the redness is gone, it should make them a lot less noticable.

ok. do u know what works best to help reduce and prevent stretch marks?? im currently using a coco butter formula im just wondering if theres anything better out there i could use.. i heard emu oil is effective? wher can i get that?
Coco buter is supposed to be the best. It's what's recommended for pregnant women to help avoid stretch marks. Just keep the skin moisturized every day. I dont know anything about emu oil, so I couldn't tell ya.
