Has anyone ever heard of this product, if so, what is it/ what does it o/ and how often should it be used? I asked because i bought a jug of protein shake, and some creatine from GNC and they gave me a small pack of the Nitrobolic Extreme etc. It's like powdery but I don't know how to use it, or what it is or does? any help with this would be highly appreciated!!!

I wouldn't worry about that product. You are on the right track with your creatine and protein. Stick these proven supplements.

I read awhile ago about a natural product that greatly increases muscle mass, funny how steriods are illegal, so they're now concocting natural steriods. Make sure you research that new product, if you're thinking about using it.
