| Another Question about Weightlifting
So I have lost about 14 pounds, because I eat 6 times a meal, and I started eating healthy. The only thing is I do keep loosing weight, but I didn´t go to the gym since I started with the diet or changing my eating habits about 2 months ago.
So I do loose inches but I want to tone my body. So what should I do?
Should I just do weightlifting and leave cardio or what. I did only cardio for over 3 months and really didn´t loose weight.
So this is really working for me but I also want to tone my body. Any suggestions?
