You need to work out your arms and do Bench. Also take a weight rope and a bar. So some forearm twists. First, Popeye does not exist. A normal person canot get their forearms stronger without working your arms also. Your wrists and forearms will become stronger with working out.
forearms get worked in alot of excersises, you use them to grip in things such as dead lifts and used in other excersises such as chins and wrist curls. being a small muscle i would maybe do 2 sets of 8-10 reps of wrist curls once a week.
