which is better? i read in an artical that speed walking is better than jogging/running because you can maintain a steady pace without becoming tired too easy, and that you burn the same amount of fat as you would jogging. To me im not too sure if it is true, i would have thought that since jogging is harder, it pushes your body further, causing you to lose more fat
Higher intensities are almost *always* better. But if you're a beginner, speed walking is a good start, but trying intervals of jogging is what will increase your fitness and endurance. If you never bump up the intensity, you'll never improve.
