i pretty much have a flat stomach but i don't exercise and wanted to know are there any exercise that i could do that aren't that strenious to keep it flat....
strenious - do you mean strenious cardio or strenious weights? Well, for weights lie on a table wih your legs hanging out and lift them up to the ceiling. have ur knees bent a bit. I think thats about it, but i am not certain if it will work good since theres not much cardio involved. cardio plays a huge role in a flat stomach - or genes... lol
